Test rigs automation for Instrument Cluster and Vehicle Electronic control unit

Instrument Cluster: Test rig automation with image processing loop.

Analysis:
1- Gather status of existing automatic tests rigs in the group (from simple sequencer to fully automated with video). Pros and cons (costs/ implementation/ maintainability…)
2- Write requirements document in order to define automated test rig. It should be flexible, profitable and maintainable with low evolution costs. It should be applicable on current Instrument cluster generation and also on next generation. Order components for implementation.
3- Implement based on existing manual rig. As a first step, in the same time as analysis, implementation of feasibility solution with available components (camera, NI-Vision solution). Then, when components will be delivered, final implementation.
Vehicle Electronic control unit : Improvement of existing automated tests rig.

• Write requirements document of needed evolutions.
• Develop and implement.

Qualifications:

• Software code CAPL, C or similar
• Image processing
• Hardware knowledge
• English language
