about the role

Business Analysis Responsibilities:
In this role, the PM will drive the conversation in regards to defining the specific requirements and design for the CRM solution.
Work with Client Executive Project Sponsor(s) to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements. Facilitate and animate requirements definition meetings with working groups.
Needs to be able to quickly understand the business issues and challenges of the client's organization and industry.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
Work with teams to identify key business and technical business issues and their priorities.

CRM Implementation Responsibilities:
As PM, the individual has to take a "hands on" approach to drive the technical aspects of the project.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, technical processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
IT Requirements Evaluation - Be able to determine and evaluate the appropriate IT environment for satellite locations based on the requirements of the CRM applications software.
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Application Customization and Configuration - Make base level application configuration and customization in the CRM application.

about you

4-Year Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study.
Project management methodologies, CMMI, Agile development PMP certification or project management continuing education
5 years experience as a project manager
Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements and solution design, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria.
Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Documentation and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Conflict management and problem diagnostic and solving skills
Ability to influence without authority
Strong time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of, MS Exchange, and MS Office
Use of Visio and Microsoft Project
Familiarity with LINUX
Coding skills such as MySQL
Experience working with either CRM, ERP or similar product preferred
Experience working within High Tech Manufacturing is preferred.
