Business Development Manager EADS, Toulouse
Your roles and responsabilities
The Business Development Manager EADS position plays a key role to develop our business relationships in the EADS environment.
This position has the over-all responsibility for increasing the visibility of our services, with an objective of securing direct Engineering Services business from EADS units.
Identification of business opportunities in EADS business units in France
Handle the sales cycle for thus generated opportunities including identification of the decision makers and formulation of messaging
Meetings and follow-ups to present our value proposition to EADS
Conversion of opportunities into contracts
Revenue & Growth Management
Conceptualization and execution of a relationship roadmap to enhance our footprint in EADS business units
Responsibility for budgeting & achievement of revenue targets in the EADS eco-system in France
Client & Relationship Management
Maintain & manage relationships with the Senior Management of EADS business units
5 to 10 years experience in handling Sales and/or Relationship Management function to EADS Business Units, with existing networks in the EADS Eco-System
Exposure to Engineering Design Services (prior experience in selling Engineering Services to EADS business units would be preferable)
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in French & English, with experience in proposal creation and presentations.
