The area: Global Accounts / Global Agency (GAGA)

The Global Agency & Global Accounts (GAGA) group is the link between Google and its top global agency and client partners. GAGA teams help identify, develop and shape global client and agency engagement across a full suite of media, technology and platform products, with the express goal of accelerating client success and Google revenues through product adoption and digital capability development. GAGA teams drive joint business planning and country benchmarking, multi-region dealmaking and best practice transfer. The role: EMEA Top Accounts Associate

The Global Accounts group is the link between Google and its top client partners. It helps identify, develop and shape global client and agency engagement across a full suite of media, technology and platform products, with the express goal of accelerating client success and Google revenues through product adoption and digital capability development. It drives joint business planning and country benchmarking, multi-region dealmaking and best practice transfer. We are committed to helping our partners transform their business models using Google's media and technology platforms.

Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for developing and running of all data-related tools required to serve retail Top Accounts. This will require the development and running of several reports and analytical tools, but also the ability to lead other functions in delivering the required analysis for the team and the clients.

Directly support Retail Top Accounts team in analyzing data trends and client performance, developing solid sales plans, and preparing strategic pitches and sales presentations.

Develop scalable leading edge tools and analysis for Google teams, clients and agencies in order to optimise advertising expenditures and maximise use of Google products.

Work closely and coordinate Industry Analysts, Account Managers and Industry Managers across all EMEA and global retail teams.

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).

Preferred qualifications:
Proven experience working with complex analysis and preparing C-level presentations.

Self-driven personality, proven experience in managing own work-streams independently with pragmatic focus on solution impact.

Experience in client-facing consultative selling role.

Demonstrable international work experience, willingness to travel across EMEA and globally

Fluency in English, fluent in additional European languages is also good to have.

Knowledge of Google products such as AdWords and AdSense.
