Good team spirit
I was the intermediary between the Carlsberg head office and the 110 sales people. It means I forwarded all the incentives and actions to undertake by the sales force. For instance, I worked on sales talks to provide the sales force with relevant tools to sell and talk about the Carlsberg range of products.
I greatly appreciated the team spirit and the trust they gave me. This experience taught me skills at listening sales force and customers' expectations to offer the proper tool.
