DSD Organisation work only with luxury brands. This means the host and hostess must be perfect on the presentation and the quality of service. Smiling a lot and being welcoming is mandatory. The goal is that the customer is most satisfied.
As the chief of the team, I had to manage the other hosts in telling them what each has to do, when they can have a break, watch wether they respect all the rules or not etc.
I could learn the be professional and punctual, smiling. I could learn how important it is to be available for clients as well.
