If you had heard anything about this job before, it's probably true. You are there for one reason, that is to sell, sell, SELL. This is a very high pressure and intense job. The first thing in the morning wont be "Goodmorning, How are you?" It will be "Hi! How many accounts are you going to open and how are you going to do it" This is a numbers job, therefore if you don't meet your numbers, you might get treated differently from those who have had better days or are just close to the management team. Its a very emotinal job, Self esteem killer (if your light hearted). This job has unrealistic goals that they want you to achive. I would only do it, if its the last thing you can find. Other employees are very sneaky too with their selling techniques and if you dont catch on, well then your not one of "them" and again will be looked at differently. At the end of the day your there to make the bank money and thats it.
